What is a Full Written Report

The Full Written Report will document the condition of the foundations, structure, exterior, roof, plumbing, electrical, interior, insulation/ventilation, security, and pests. Random moisture testing is done around windows and doors with a moisture meter, so this will be documented. The condition of major problem areas of the house such as under the floor, the ceiling space, and the wall cavities will also be itemised. Not only that, you’ll get photos demonstrating the problem areas included in your report.

The inspection report provides you with all the info you need to know about buying a property safely, and highlights any major problems.
